Conveyancer We are a well-established boutique law firm looking for a Conveyancer   to join our property team in our  Martin Place office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 year experiences (full time) in Conveyancing. The successful candidate will be able to operate autonomously in relation to running files but will be supervised, mentored and guided by our senior Solicitors. This role requires your great organisational skills, computer skills, excellent communication skills and happy demeanour. Additional language skills such as Cantonese will be highly regarded but not essential. We recognise your hard work and initiative. Salary varies with experience. PLT Placement  We are also looking for an enthusiastic student with strong work ethic and commitment to undertake PLT placement in our  Hurstville office. This role will provide you with exposure to a variety of areas of law including but not limited to property & commercial law, family law, Wills & Estate Planning. You will work on real cases, conduct legal research and analysis, liaise with clients, provide general administrative support to our conveyancer and solicitors.  The candidate should possess the following: High attention to detail, high level of accuracy and a great work ethic are paramount in this role Excellent computer skills and communication skills( Cantonese/ Mandarin speaker is highly regarded) be available to work at least 2-3 days per week  This role includes the opportunity to gain great experience and to grow within the firm after the completion of PLT.
