Our available role We are offering practical legal training (PLT) to a recent law graduate, or placement to an undergraduate law student on a volunteer basis. You will be handling requests and prepare Novo Nordisk contracts, including the follow-up of various supply chain and key vendor contracts across various business units. Tight deadlines, cross-functional collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders will be integrated part of your workday. You will be in charge of the following, which includes: evaluation of key contracts according to Business Ethics SOPs; assist in the preparation of various Business Ethics compliance trainings; manage administrative activities related to the area, as well as support in external meetings with pharmaceutical associations. About you We are seeking a part-time (2 days a week) PLT student who has the relevant skills to offer in these areas: Interpreting, analysing and preparing legal documents; Providing direction, support and supervision to ensure compliance of the relevant legislation and Codes; Undertaking legal research and drafting recommendations; Ad-hoc administrative assistance. You will be mentored by our Director, Legal and Compliance, who has extensive experience as a corporate in-house advisory counsel. Ideally, we expect you have a desire to learn, excellent time-management skills, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, decent knowledge of Contract law and a curious mind for the pharmaceutical industry.
