An excellent opportunity exists for a 3rd to 4th year law student to join our highly regarded Industrial Relations & Employment team in our Brisbane/Sydney offices as a research clerk.   In this role you will develop your legal acuity, legal research skills, legal drafting skills, learn about court processes and learn to use the tools of legal practice, including document management systems, time recording, file notes, etc.   The primary focus of the role is the conduct of legal research on files for lawyers. You will respond to requests from lawyers to complete legal research, drafting and other tasks to meet strict deadlines.  The successful candidates will be mentored by experienced legal professionals in the field.   This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a team of legal professionals, conducting legal research on their files and developing your practical legal skills.
