About the job

Our Tasmanian business is continuing to grow, and we're looking for more Lawyer's to join our team.  We are currently considering applications for both full time and part time roles. 

Our dedicated team provide advice, support and coordination to residential conveyancing customers all over Tasmania. Working across the end to end conveyancing process, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking instructions from and providing updates, information and support to customers and colleagues daily
  • Contract review, preparation, negotiation and advice
  • Working with a team of Clerks, Para Legals and other Lawyers to create great customer experiences

About You

With an unrestricted practicing certificate, you pride yourself on delivering quality advice and support to your customers and your colleagues.  You love working collaboratively, but know how to manage your time to deliver independently.  Working to deadlines keeps you motivated and you thrive in a fast paced environment where no day is the same.

You have a communication style that is clear and helps make complex matters easier to understand.  You're as confident communicating in writing as you are talking to customers and stakeholders. 

You will bring your conveyancing know how or passion for the property market to the team and use your drive to challenge the ordinary to continuously look for new and innovative ways to work.
