The firm provides ongoing support and development to their team members to continue to build knowledge and confidence and create a strong succession plan in order to maintain promotion and growth throughout the firm
The Partners have very high standards from their staff, expect a great level of quality output and need a Senior Associate who will take on complex cases as well as mentor and train the more junior members of the team.
About you:
You will need to be highly commercial, have a straightforward, flexible approach to work, and self-manage workloads
The Partner managing this team is very transparent, collaborative and keen to develop the team along with continuing to grow an already impressive profile of clients.
The firm also offers flexibility in work hours and understands working a 60-hour week doesn't necessarily get the best result.
