The Role:

An opportunity exists for an experienced Paralegal to join our growing practice on a full time basis.  

In this busy role, you will be supported in a team environment. Your role will be fast paced and challenging, requiring you to utilise your skills to ensure deadlines are met.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Diary Management
• File, document, and email management
• Liaising with clients and external professionals and service providers
• Billing
• Adhoc duties as required

About You:

You will share our empathy and drive to ensure the best outcome for clients.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Paralegal in Plaintiff Personal Injury (not essential)
• Experience in one or more matter types: Motor Vehicle/CTP, Public Liability, Medical Negligence, Workers Compensation & TPD
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow strict processes and guideline
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Enthusiastic, proactive and process driven
•  Good work ethic
•  Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word skills, experience with Filepro (legal management system) an advantage
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
