Senior Solicitor - Family Law 4+ PAE

The Position 

An exciting opportunity an experienced Senior Senior with a developed Family Law practice to join our successful and growing team.

The position is based primarily in our Sydney City office which is conveniently located near Wynyard / Martin Place Train Station. The role will require you to work from our Sydney office amongst other Court locations.

There is an abundance of support and expertise available within our law firm.  Working alongside our Directors of considerable skill and experience, you will undertake a vast range of family law work. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced lawyer with family law experience and a passion for this area of law, to develop their skills and become a specialist in the family law arena. Career progression is also available. 

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

1. Exceptional family law experience;
2. Strong advocacy and client/time management skills;
3. Have exposure to broad spectrum of complex family law work including:

• Property & Financial Disputes;
• Children & Parenting Disputes;
• Divorce Applications;
• Binding financial Agreements;
• Child Support matters; and 
• Financial Agreements.

5. The applicant has a strong problem solving and time management skills;

7. Has superior communication skills; and 

8. Participate in and develop your own business development activities with a view to helping grow the practice.

In addition, you will possess:

1. A current practising certificate with 4-8 years’ post qualified experience;
2. Experience working in Local, District, Federal and Family Courts of Australia
