Senior Associate - Relationship Property & Trust

About the role
You will be joining their private client and trust team that specialise in areas such as asset protection, wills and estate administration, Trusts and relationship property and family disputes, in this very warm family friendly firm.

Key responsibilities

• Family succession plans.
• Assisting overseas clients to acquire sensitive assets.
• Setting up and registering charities for clients.
• Acting for one of New Zealand’s largest fund managers on private equity investments.
• Trust management acting as an independent advisor.

To be successful in this role:

• Ideally have 5+ Years PQE.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
• Building relationships in a predominantly client facing role.
