Litigator - Planning, Environment and Government law.

Do you have a keen interest in planning, environment and government law? Do you feel now is the right time to take the leap across the pond? I have a unique opportunity in this independent NSW firm for the role of litigator - Planning, Environment and Government law. 

You will work directly with the firm's partners who all have an open-door policy, covering an extensive range of work including litigation, complex advising and transactional agreements. You will work across a range of diverse matters such as:

• Short, medium and long term matters at any one time.
• Focus on general litigation in land and environment court for NSW, dealing with class merits, jurisdiction, judicial review, civil review and environmental prosecution. 
• Public sector governance.
• Matters can range from residential renovations to environmental prosecution, they are highly complex, and require technical engagement with experts in their relevant areas. 

To be a successful candidate you will ideally have 1-3 Years PQE, with some kind of exposure to planning, environmental and government law but this is not essential, as the firm have such a great stable of experts, they will consider applications from those with strong Litigation skills who are keen to deep dive into this area of expertise. Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic and harmonious environment. You will be keen in expanding your knowledge in these areas of practice and have excellent client facing skills, through verbal and written communication.
