This Auckland Corporate Commercial role is working for a boutique firm alongside a highly experienced Partner who has a great range of TMT and Corporate clients (all Top Tier) in this sector. These clients come from a variety of industries including IT, utilities, financial services and telcos. They have built themselves a solid reputation as both a law firm and leader due to the quality of work that they produce and having a genuine passion for operating in this space.

You might be in a position where you love the work but hate the pressure of what hours you're expected to achieve in the office. You are in a position you are more than capable of managing your workload but not being given the flexibility to.

Having an extended team of experienced and high calibre colleagues makes this a great place to work. With a professional and pragmatic approach to their day to day workload their expectation is to hire someone who can add value from day one, manage their own time and work flows as well as deliver quality.

The culture is very open and understanding, all of the team have families and genuinely understand that work life balance is very important, as well as a flexible work pattern and the ability to work from home.  They do not work to billed targets or budgets and work is divvied out as they see who is best equipped to manage it. 

In return they are looking for someone with at least 5 years Corporate Commercial experience who has a solid level of confidence to manage a portfolio from day one and a genuine passion to deliver. The work is already there - it needs servicing - simple.
