Graduate Lawyers / Solicitor | Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution | junior solicitor/1+ year PQE



Our Dispute Resolution practice has a position available for solicitors with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience. 

You will be working as an associate solicitor directly reporting to our partner Dr. Jenny Li, working in the litigation, dispute resolution, and transactional areas. Dr Li is a NSW Law Society accredited specialist in dispute resolution. 

You will be given the opportunity to work independently whilst also being supported by an experienced team.

Your works are to be assigned and conducted under the structured supervision of experienced solicitors, which allows you to develop skills in effective communication, time management, and preparing court documents and other lawyering techniques.

To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable skills in a similar role or come from a generalist litigation and/or commercial background. Desirably you have experience in property-related transactions and conveyancing progress.

You must be self-disciplined and have excellent time management skills, and use initiative and be proactive in all facets of the requirements of the role. 

Ideally, you are expected to be fluent in Chinese mandarin. 

You must be a fast learner who is seeking long-term development.

Candidates with more than 2 years PQE will also be considered.
