Employment Lawyer

MKI Legal, recognised by Doyles as a leading WA employment law firm, is eager to welcome a dynamic and diligent Employment Lawyer into our dedicated team.

We're looking for someone who is either admitted  (1 to 3 years), or close to admission. A strong foundation in employment law is highly advantageous.

About the role

In this role, you will be expected to:

1. Provide expert advice to clients on a diverse range of employment law issues including dismissal claims, award & Fair Work compliance, contractor issues, general protections, underpayment, redundancy, discrimination, employment contracts, pecuniary penalties and more.
2. Represent our clients in matters before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit and Family Court, WAIRC, WA Industrial Magistrates Court in a variety of employment claims.
