THE ROLE

 ERA Legal is a commercial law firm with specialist teams in Litigation, Loan + Securities  and Construction + Projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated law graduate or newly admitted lawyer (1 year PQE) to join our Litigation Team and Commercial Recovery Team.

The applicant must be a graduate or recently admitted lawyer who is available to work full-time from a physical office environment in the CBD.

Specific activities include:

·         Drafting, collating and filing of court documents and exhibits

·         Preparing briefs to counsel and experts

·         E-discovery

·         Interviewing witness, taking witness statements and drafting affidavits

·         Drafting correspondence and liaising with clients and solicitors of other parties

·         Attending court

·         Legal research
