We are a small law firm in the Northern Illawarra. Our office has the best of both worlds – country and beach. We are in a wonderful community, and yet close to both Wollongong and Sydney.
- admitted to practice in NSW, or about to be ready to be admitted
- enthusiastic, energetic and kind
- interested in family, property and/or estates - and have an interest in expanding into these areas. Attached is a diagram of what we do – in your application, please let us know which parts are of interest to you.
- available to come into our Helensburgh office. There is some level of flexibility available – we use remote technology where needed. We are happy to consider a mostly office, sometimes wfh option.
- keen to work with experienced senior lawyers, who are happy to train you, but also want you to take initiative.
- someone with dreams - I have so many ideas for expansion, but there are not enough hours in the day. I want someone who loves the law, wants to make a difference, and wants a base from which to grow.
- self-motivated – we are looking for a team member who wants to be proactive and will be encouraged to do so. If you are wanting to sit in an office and be handed work, this is not for you.
We work as a team, and the new team member will be someone who gets out and struts their stuff. And you will have stuff to strut, because you will also be an excellent lawyer or graduate, with attention to detail, knowledge and writing skills. You are ambitious without being overbearing. You will also love the law, and discussing how it works - we love a good robust discussion.
