PLT Placement - Workers Compensation

Role Description: The PLT candidate will join our dedicated workers compensation team, playing a crucial role in supporting ongoing cases and client matters. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of case briefs, legal research, and document drafting.
• Participate in client meetings and attend court as required.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on strategy development and case management.
• Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of civil litigation and insurance law.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Completion of a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor.
• Currently enrolled in or about to commence Practical Legal Training.
• A strong interest in litigation and advocacy, ideally in the field of insurance litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage time efficiently.
