About The Role

The Legal and Compliance Function covers Legal, Employment Relations and Governance, Risk and Compliance (including WHS). Day-to-day scope includes client contracts, supplier contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, employment matters, audit and so much more!

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance Function including filing, organising signatures, preparing reports and formatting documents
  • Monitor and facilitate the meeting of deadlines of internal and external reporting
  • Manage enquiries and allocate or escalate to the relevant team member
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Executive level professionals and those in Executive support roles) to ensure co-ordination and scheduling of activities
  • EA support to the Head of Legal and Compliance, Australia and New Zealand
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested on special projects

About You

  • Experience in a legal working environment
  • Experience with contracts is highly desirable
  • Strong administrative/high attention to detail, communication and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, Outlook and e-signature platforms
  • Experience with contract management systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and draft basic correspondence and documents
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • High level of professionalism
