Full Time Graduate/Solicitor (1 year PAE)

We are a small firm of fun, vibrant and down to earth friendly staff specialises in Public Liability, Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Injury claims. We are seeking an experienced, switched on Graduate/Solicitor to support the Managing Director/Accredited Specialist in the area of Personal Injury.

Duties will include:

• Liaising with clients;
• Diary management;
• Drafting correspondence and court documents;
• Monthly billings;
• File review & preparation;
• Scanning, emailing and sending correspondence.

To be considered for the role you must have:

1. Ability to work full time;
2. Some prior experience litigation knowledge and/or experience will be highly regarded);
3. Strong MS Office skills;
4. Client service focus with strong written and verbal communication skills;
5. Offer previous experience using LEAP software (essential)
6. Excellent organizational skills including strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
7. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, both internally and with clients;
8. A friendly, down to earth nature and must enjoy working as part of a team;
9. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
10. Ability to speak another language (preferable but not essential)
