  • Expanding Banking & Finance team with a focus on national and international work
  • Seeking solicitors with 2-7 years PQE in the Banking & Finance sector
  • Opportunity for career development and exposure to a wide variety of work
  • Involvement in structured finance, financial regulation, debt restructuring, securities, corporate and acquisition finance, and financing arrangements
  • Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds, including in-house or private practice experience, both in New Zealand and overseas
