Position Overview: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in family law and well versed in litigation and general practice areas like wills and probate, with a passion for delivering high-quality legal advice and representation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on a range of issues. 

• Manage a caseload with a focus on family law, conveyancing, wills and estates.  

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. 

• Represent clients in court, mediations, and other legal proceedings. 

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. 

• Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. 

Qualifications: 

• Admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, with a current practicing certificate. 

• Over 2 years of experience in family law and conveyancing.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
