The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced, talented and astute commercial lawyer who is self-motivated and values client relationships with utmost priority. The successful candidate will have solid experience as a strong negotiator and can touch base on a variety of matters across family, estates, leasing and transactional work. We value candidates that can work independently and can maximise their autonomy to deliver top-notch service. We believe a good commercial lawyer is switched-on, adaptable and collegiant in their way of work.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess broad commercial experience in the field, including experience working with commercial law, shareholders agreements, leasing, corporate structuring, and litigation.
• Be comfortable balancing collaboration and autonomy.
• Be solution driven.
• Maximise opportunities to expand your skillset in various fields and practice areas.
• Be open to learning and mentored by experienced and highly qualified leaders in the industry.

We are particularly interested in candidates that are lateral in thinking and can always think outside the box.

Although experience is highly desired, it is not necessary and we will hear from the right candidate. Most importantly, you will be exposed to different areas of law.

We are open to full-time and part-time roles.
