Arora Legal is a boutique family law and mediation practice based in Greenslopes, Brisbane.

We are committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of family separation, primarily using out-of-court processes and supporting our clients holistically. Our team includes an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Collaborative Law specialist, underpinning our approach to how we believe family matters should be resolved.

As we continue to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a passionate family solicitor/ paralegal with a “can do” attitude to join our team and work exclusively with private clients.

Qualifications & experience

• Preferably one year post-admission experience practising in all aspects of family law.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with the ability to break down concepts. Into clearly understandable language.
• Competent time management and time recording skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work and achieve realistic monthly performance targets.
• Ability to type and produce own documents and precedents.
• Familiarity with Smokeball software or similar.
• Ability to connect and empathise with your client.
