Solicitor

Lyon Legal Services has an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join us on a permanent full-time basis at our office located in Inverell, Northern NSW with an office in Tamworth.

Role Description

As a solicitor at Lyon Legal Services, you will:

• Be supported in managing your own caseload of family law matters, including divorce applications, binding financial agreements, child custody, and property settlements
• Attend directions hearings and other procedural hearings
• Communicate effectively with clients, and other professionals
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics and integrity
• Deliver outcomes that prioritise client satisfaction
• Must be able to attend at office location to carry out role (not a remote role)

About you

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Admission as a solicitor in Australia
• Experience in family law is preferred but not essential
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Desire to be great and a real leader in your field.
• The want to over promise and over deliver
