Robinson Locke Litigation Lawyers provides experienced representation for clients in most types of disputes, based in Brisbane, Queensland. Our firm specialises in dispute litigation, and has been solving complex legal problems for Queenslanders for 10 years.
We assist individuals and families up to large businesses to achieve resolution as quickly and cheaply as the problem allows, by developing strategies tailored to the nature of the issue at hand.
Our track record is demonstrated by reported cases on the internet and the fact that many referrals are from other law firms.
We provide practical and assertive legal service with the aim of solving problems to the extent possible, at the earliest time.
To achieve this, in all matters a strategy is developed that matches the nature of the dispute and the client’s needs and resources.
We are passionate in advocating our client’s rights and interests. Whilst litigation is the primary focus of our firm, and therefore litigation is included in our name, we strive to resolve matters without resorting to Court process.
The cases we have undertaken show we take on difficult civil cases and achieve positive results – whether the problem relates to, for example, Facebook defamation, deadlock between company directors, infringement of trademark, or is a complex construction dispute.
In addition to litigation, we provide a broad range of legal services including Wills, estate administration, commercial and property law, as well as estate and asset planning and protection.
