PLT / INTERN / VOLUNTEER PARALEGAL LAW STUDENT

Ma & Company Solicitors is a boutique law firm specialising in property, business and commercial litigation. We have been established for over 25 years and with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We are seeking a PLT/ Intern/ Volunteer Paralegal Law Student with ability to responsible for negotiating and managing files. The successful applicant of this position will be working within a friendly team in our Sydney office. You will be given the support you need to advance your career. 

The responsibilities include but not limited to:

• processing residential and commercial property, buy and sell transactions, liaising with clients, banks and other solicitors
• assisting in drafting and preparing legal documents, including briefs, court documents, contracts, and conveyancing paperwork.
• conducting legal research and analysis across our practice areas.
• supporting solicitors in case preparation, including evidence collection, client communications, and coordination with external entities.

Minimum Commitment:

A minimum commitment of 2 or 3 days per week is required for the PLT placement. The specific days and hours can be negotiated to fit the candidate's availability.
