About the Role

As a a personal injury lawyer, you will:

  • Manage your own files and enjoy autonomy in decision-making

  • Be supported by a skilled team of paralegals and admin staff

  • Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced legal professionals

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations, provide strategic legal advice, and manage expectations

  • Review medical records, undertake legal research, and correspond with insurers and experts

  • Draft legal documents, prepare matters for counsel, and attend court or settlement conferences

  • Build strong client relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Essential Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational and file management abilities

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Genuine commitment to client care and achieving strong outcomes

  • Tech-savviness — comfortable with digital tools, cloud-based platforms, and legal tech

  • Holds a current QLS practising certificate

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year PAE, ideally in Plaintiff Personal Injury law

  • Previous experience in personal injury is highly regarded

  • Bilingual skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are valued but not essential
