As a Family Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base, specialising in all aspects of family law. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your New Role 

As our next Family Law superstar, you’ll have the chance to:

• Lead your own caseload of family law matters, including divorce, property settlements, parenting and children's matters, and domestic violence matters.   If you happen to also have experience in preparing basic wills, estate administration and enduring powers of attorney that would be a welcome addition (but is not necessary). 
• Negotiate like a pro, conduct client interviews, gather and analyse relevant information and develop comprehensive legal strategies 
• Represent clients with confidence and compassion
• Attend court proceedings including mediations and hearings
• Collaborate with other professionals including catch up’s over coffee and social events

What You’ll Bring to the Table (Besides Your Legal Brilliance!)

We’re looking for someone with:

• 4+ years’ experience in family law 
• An ability to juggle cases, deadlines and have a thorough understanding of family law legislation, case law and court procedures
• Fantastic communication skills — you're a listener, a negotiator, and a problem-solver
• A passion for supporting clients in some of their most challenging times
• A collaborative and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team
• A sense of humor, because we believe in having fun at work while getting things DONE!
