We are expanding our Brisbane team and are looking for a highly organised and proactive Legal Administrator to support our family law practice.
This is a full-time, Brisbane-based position ideal for someone with legal administration experience who is passionate about client care and high-quality service.
Provide administrative support to a team of family lawyers
Manage client files from opening to archiving
Draft and format correspondence, legal documents, and court forms
Handle client enquiries and coordinate appointments
Prepare and send invoices; assist with time recording and billing
Liaise with courts, barristers, and other stakeholders
General office administration tasks as required
Experience in a legal administrative or legal assistant role (family law experience highly regarded)
Proficiency with legal software (LEAP and/or MYOB experience is an advantage)
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
A proactive and positive attitude, with a team-focused mindset
