About You

You are an experienced, people-focused lawyer who thrives in a team environment and is driven by achieving outstanding results for your clients. You bring empathy, respect, and a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives.

• You have a passion for Wills, Estates, Elder and Succession Law – or a strong desire to specialise in this rewarding field.

• Minimum 2 years post-admission experience (any area of law). Experience in Wills, Estates, and Succession Law will be highly regarded.

• Initiative, a ‘can do’ attitude, and a genuine desire to help people.

• Tech-savvy, experience with LEAP or management software experience an advantage.

About the Role

• Manage your own files and client relationships.

• Take instructions, prepare written advice, correspondence, and legal documents.

• Work with legal professionals, accountants, and financial advisers.

• Prepare for litigation, negotiate settlements, instruct Counsel, and appear at interlocutory proceedings, mediations, and hearings.

• Work with great clients on interesting and challenging matters.

What You’ll Need

• A current NSW practising certificate.

• A valid driver’s licence and access to a motor vehicle.

• Australian citizenship.
