About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Family Lawyer with 2–5 years post-admission experience (PAE) to join our dedicated family law team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of family law matters in a supportive environment that encourages professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including parenting, property, financial agreements, and divorce applications.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
- Draft and review court documents, affidavits, and correspondence
- Attend mediations, conferences, and court hearings
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Contribute to the firm’s growth through excellent client service and relationship building
About You:
- Admitted as a lawyer in Australia with 2–5 years’ PAE in family law
- Strong technical knowledge of the Family Law Act and related legislation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Empathetic and client-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
