Job Description

PLT/ PARALEGAL - PERSONAL INJURY                

Drexler Litigation Lawyers is currently seeking an experienced and career-driven individual to join us as a Paralegal.

The Role

Duties include:

  • Assist Solicitors with the day-to-day handling of clients claims
  • Collate and draft documents, general correspondence and court forms
  • Liaise with clients
  • Liaise with insurers, medical clinics and defendant solicitors
  • Schedule appointments and diary management
  • Prepare files for hearing, tender bundles, schedules, settlement documents
  • Prepare briefs to Counsel
  • Engage in legal research
  • Filing, photocopying and general administration duties and other ad hoc duties as required or instructed

Required Skills

  • Experience in personal injury law would be preferable
  • File management expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in court document preparation and general correspondence
  • Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail
  • Clear sense of self direction and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Work well under pressure
  • Proven ability to work as part of a strong team
  • Great attitude and commitment.
