About the business

Kemps Petersons Legal is a boutique  law firm that focuses on civil litigation, property, strata, insolvency and debt recovery practice. We are looking for the right candidate to join our close knit and well cultured team who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Solicitors and other staff.

Daily duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Email management and delegation for Legal Director
  • File administration
  • Diary Management
  • Liaising and corresponding with clients; banks; online filing portals/agencies
  • Typing legal correspondence
  • Working with a close knit, fast paced team

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role ideally you will possess experience in working in a similar role or demonstrate the aptitude to handle these tasks. 

Experience in the following is highly desired:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Experience in legal administration or customer service 
  • Organised and proactive with a high attention to detail 
  • Ability to confidently multi-task and prioritise
