CTP Customer Care Consultant
CTP Claims provides claims services for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance. CTP provides cover for personal injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Allianz employs specialist claims staff to manage these claims. Claims are managed by teams organised according to injury type.
An opportunity now exists within our Sydney CTP Claims department for a self-motivated and committed professional to utilise their customer service and injury claims experience.

As a Customer Care Consultant you will be building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, and reviewing treatment requests and organising investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims management
