You will be working with clients to resolve their disputes through litigation. Your work will assist clients from resolving liability disputes pertaining to their accident and deal with disputes pertaining to quantum and establishing negligence. Key responsibilities will include Assisting the Principle Solicitor with case management/file management. Drafting of legal documents (Statement of Claims, defences, cross-claims, affidavits, consent orders, default judgements, statements and etc) Liaising with relevant parties. Attending court.
