The Position
Alton Legal is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic law students looking to gain practical experience.
In this role, you will gain exposure to various aspects of law practice, including:
Taking client instructions.
Conducting legal research and analysis.
Conducting due diligence investigations into property and title searches.
Drafting legal documents, including briefs to counsel, written submissions, and affidavits.
Liaising with clients, other solicitors, courts, real estate agents, and financial institutions etc.
Other administrative and clerical duties.
