MC Lawyers & Advisers is an established commercial litigation firm located in the Sydney CBD. We invite expressions of interest from recent law graduates seeking to commence their careers in commercial litigation.
The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value commercial disputes conducted in both state and federal courts across Australia. This role is litigation-focused and is well suited to candidates with a long-term interest in private practice commercial litigation or aspirations to practise at the Bar.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and prior experience in a law firm or commercial environment will be regarded favourably. Applicants must also show a genuine interest in business and commercial litigation, along with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
