The Role We are looking for a talented and passionate lawyer who wants to carve out a career as a litigation Lawyer. You will be part of a friendly team, learning from senior practitioners who will coach and guide you and provide you with the opportunity you to reach your next career milestone. Your role will comprise of; a) the autonomous management of litigated motor vehicle property damage recovery claims and defences on behalf of some of Australia's largest insurers; and b) the opportunity to work on subrogated recoveries (fire, flood, impact damage), builder's warranty insurance recoveries, fraud and indemnity disputes and advice, and a broad range of other litigated matters.
