Our Sydney CBD based firm has an opportunity for an individual to gain Practical Legal Training (PLT) placement in the areas of litigation and various areas of commercial, corporate, insolvency, building and construction, intellectual property and criminal law.
The Position
This position is available for a person who is either in their final year of university or are very close to graduating or have recently graduated and looking to partake in PLT training.
You will gain first-hand experience in a professional environment, working alongside experienced solicitors.
You will be involved in a range of activities ranging from legal drafting, legal research and.
Prepare applications, affidavits, statements and other types of court documents;
Conducting legal research;

Liaising with counsel and attending court hearings;
