Hogg and Associates Lawyers is a boutique Family Law firm in the Summer Hill Village of Sydney’s Inner West.
We are currently offering a full-time position at our firm as a legal assistant. This role would be suitable for someone completing their Practical Legal Training. The position is offered full-time, although part-time (min 3 days per week) will be considered if you are completing the coursework component of the Practical Legal Training part-time.
You will be working with three Family Law solicitors.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting our solicitors with drafting court documents and correspondence,
File management and preparation of briefs for hearing,
Attending client meetings and Court attendances to assist our solicitors
Reviewing documents,
Undertaking legal research,
Drafting articles, and
General administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be completing a Bachelor of Laws and have:
