Hogg and Associates Lawyers is a boutique Family Law firm in the Summer Hill Village of Sydney’s Inner West.
We are currently offering a part time position at our firm as a legal assistant. The position is offered is part-time, up to 3 days per week. The position would be suitable for a 2nd or 3rd year law student with an interest in Family Law.
Your responsibilities may include:
File management,
Preparation of briefs for hearing,
Reviewing documents,
Assisting with the preparation of statements of account,
Undertaking legal research,
Drafting articles,
Assisting our solicitors, and
General administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be completing a Bachelor of Laws and have:
A keen interest in Family Law,
Excellent attention to detail,
An ability to follow instructions,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
A willingness to help and assist clients and staff with any tasks as required.
