Hogg and Associates Lawyers is a boutique Family Law firm in the Summer Hill Village of Sydney’s Inner West.
We are currently offering a full-time position at our firm. The role is suitable for someone completing their Practical Legal Training. A part-time position will be considered (3 days a week) if you are completing the coursework component full time.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting our solicitors with drafting court documents and correspondence,
File management and preparation of briefs for hearing,
Reviewing documents,
Assisting with the preparations of statements of account,
Undertaking legal research,
Drafting articles, and
General administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be completing a Bachelor of Laws and have:
A keen interest in Family Law,
Excellent attention to detail,
An ability to follow instructions,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
A willingness to help and assist clients and staff...
