The ideal candidate is someone who can demonstrate: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to autonomously run and manage a range conveyancing files from pre-exchange to post-settlement Strong time management and organisation skills, including ability to managing conflicting deadlines Proficiency in PEXA settlement platform Preparation of settlement figures in an accurate and timely manner Preparation of correspondence, contracts and other property documents Knowledge and experience with Leap and an ability to speak Arabic is a bonus Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines Flexibility, reliability and quick thinking skills
