We are seeking a graduate lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis at our McLaren Vale office.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in wills, estates and family law while working closely with experienced practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be mentored and entrusted with meaningful responsibility from the outset across a broad range of matters, including family provision, property and divorce.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Work directly with experienced lawyers across a range of wills, estates and family law matters;
Draft wills, court documents and affidavits, and correspond with legal professionals;
Attend Court with senior practitioners in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA);
Communicate with clients;
Conduct legal research and provide general administrative support.
