About the Role Aver Law, a well-established Parramatta firm, is looking for a Graduate Property Solicitor  to join our collaborative team. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting with a variety of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing agreements, titling, and advisory work. Supporting the team with off-the-plan contracts and transactions involving vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and developers. Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, deeds, licenses, and other legal documents under supervision. Helping facilitate property settlements using PEXA. Providing practical, client-focused support throughout transactions. Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless, high-quality client service.
