My personal Company has a costs hearing that requires me to be represented by a Lawyer as I'm not allowed to self represent. It is a straight forward matter where the other side put their claim on the long term inactive cases list and it expired. The claim is not for a very large amount so it is uneconomical to use a Law firm. I am based in Perth. I thought it may be a good opportunity for somebody to gain experience and make some money.
