I am a sole practitioner practising primarily in criminal defence based in Sydney. As my firm expands I require an admitted junior solicitor for casual work to assist with the following:
- liaise with courts, police and clients
- draft and file court documents and correspondence
- court appearances in short matters
- file manangement
- legal research
The initial time commitment will be 5-10 hours/week however this will increase subject to the growth of the business. Hourly rates will be paid in accordance with the Legal Services Award.
This is a remote working position with attendance at my office at Bondi Junction for client conferences and Sydney courts as required.
