 IMMEDIATE START for a very organised, motivated, and empathetic person to assist a client with a disability in drafting letters to legal representatives and other professionals as necessary for Family Law Court litigation already underway.  Note that the client has retained a specialist family law firm thus the successful applicant is not expected to provide legal advice.  The scope of work is generally known by the client and as required to be provided to the engaged solicitor.  Essential skills are listening carefully and patiently to the client’s explanation of a circumstance and transforming this to clear, succinct text.  The client is intelligent and has a clear understanding of the points to be included, the tone and the message to be conveyed. Cognitive deficits however,  impede the creating of documents from scratch.
