Great opportunity in family law for a recent graduate who may or may not already be admitted as a lawyer. Full-time role, based in Sydney CBD, 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH. Responsibilities Assist the principal solicitor with family law matters. Your role will mainly be the accurate drafting of family law documents in non-litigious matters, you will be required to have some contact with clients by telephone and in conference online to obtain further instructions as required. This role is mainly drafting documents such as application forms, consent orders, financial agreements, etc. You will be provided with clear instructions, guidance, appropriate tools, resources, and precedents. Location is Sydney CBD with a minimum of 1 day WFH, with the opportunity to increase to 2 days WFH based on attitude and performance.
