Rose legal Costing

Rose Legal Costing are looking for a someone to join their team on a full time, paid basis.  We specialise in legal costs disputes and assessments, and largely receive instructions from other law firms as they rely on our expertise in costs. Since starting in August 2021, more than 140 law firms have instructed us in all types of cases.  This is an opportunity for someone to learn a specialist area of law.  The role will initially be to assist with the preparation of Bills of Costs. The right candidate will move onto a full-time paid position with their own caseload, which will include: Negotiations. Preparation of submissions and affidavits. Assisting with advising clients in meetings.  Debt recovery.  Other types of litigation. We have had a number of our Law Students move from a paralegal/support role to Legal Costs Consultants managing their own case load and would ideally like to find the same in a new candidate.  You will need the following:...
