Trainee for PLT Wanted for Dynamic IP Law Firm
We are a dynamic and growing IP law firm seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented law graduate from the College of Law to join our Melbourne-based team. Our practice areas include privacy law, food law, branding law, copyright law, and contract drafting. You would be responsible for supporting our lawyers in all aspects of our legal practice and get a lot of training and feedback.
Tasks include:
Conducting legal research and drafting legal memos
Preparing legal documents, including patent and trade mark applications
Filing and billing
Client meetings
Blogs
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our case management system
