Brigid Justice is a specialist firm for women who have suffered abuse. We are a social enterprise, and provide 'justice gap' services to women who cannot get Legal Aid. Our matters are mostly family law with a mix of complex parenting and small to large property - with a high level of litigation. We also do some criminal (where the victim has been misidentified) and civil matters against perpetrators.
We are a remote operating Australia wide firm and have staff in NSW, Qld and Vic - all of whom are WFH. Our wages are on par with government and we offer excellent flexibility and conditions.
