About the role
Principal Responsibilities:
Instigate and have the conduct of legal proceedings;
Will work together with the Team leader to achieve KPI.
No carriage of matters.
Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of legal matters;
Preparation and management of matters associated with personal injury. This will include, but is not limited to: draft legal documents and correspondence, file management, contact with clients, court hearings, conferences and teleconferences & views;
Brief Counsel as appropriate;
Taking initial client i nquiries
Settlement monies
Booking medical appointments
Arranging counsel conferences
